Manna Group OÜ processes the data of its customers and contact persons who have expressed a wish to use our services or have used our services in the past.

  1. Purposes of and legal bases for the processing of personal data (data) of customers

We process the personal data of voluntary users of our marketing channels and users of our services and our customers (including customer representatives) to perform our contractual obligations as well as to provide our potential customers with higher quality service and information.

If Manna Group OÜ processes personal data for these purposes, the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest in ensuring the correct and high-quality provision of our services.

We collect information from Manna Group OÃœ’s marketing channels (including the website) about their use and the interests of potential customers to better understand the actual interests of our customers, provide better quality information and improve the functioning and user-friendliness of the website.

Manna Group OÜ may process the following personal data (including data):

Contact details — name, email address and phone number;

Data collected and generated during the performance of an agreement — personal identification code, customer preferences regarding Manna Group OÃœ services and products, feedback on our services, information about the habits and preferences related to the customer’s work, business processes or studies;

Automatically collected data — data received from the user’s web browser, including browser type, device type, language, website address from which the user arrived, which content pages were visited, the user’s IP address and other traffic data;

User actions in connection with Manna Group OÜ emails — including information on which emails and when and how the user opened;

Manna Group OÜ does not process special categories of personal data as the controller.

  • State supervision authorities and the police;
  • Public feedback with the customer’s consent.
  • The company transmits personal data which is necessary for making payments to the data processor Maksekeskus AS.

Manna Group OÜ may send customers information about its services, products, newsletters and offers if the customer has provided us with their contact details, but only as long as the customer has not requested that such activities be terminated or has opted out of receiving the newsletter.

6.1. Security of the personal data

Secure storage of personal data is Manna Group OÃœ’s highest security priority. We will take every possible measure to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure and other unlawful processing. We protect the confidentiality and integrity of personal data and ensure access to the data in accordance with applicable legislation.

If we no longer need personal data and the legislation does not require it to be retained, we will delete such personal data.

We may continue to use this data for statistical purposes, but only in a pseudonymised or anonymised form.
